Divorce Coaching + Money Plan.

Unbroke

Personalized coaching that blends divorce support with a complete financial overhaul. Get calm, confident, and set up your next chapter.

Get Unbroke - and Unstuck

Divorce reshapes everything. Your finances, your identity, your routines, your vision for the future.
Suddenly you’re expected to be the lawyer, the financial planner, the negotiator, the emotional anchor, and the household CEO… all while trying to stay upright.

My coaching gives you a space to exhale and a path forward. You bring the overwhelm, the questions, and the decisions you’re exhausted from carrying. I bring clear, steady guidance on both the financial and divorce side so you can move forward with certainty instead of guesswork.

This isn’t just money coaching, and it's not legal advice. It’s structured support as you navigate the legal process, coparenting, and making it work as a single-income household. These are just some of the changes you can expect to see as we work together:

  • You'll understand the legal process instead of being blindsided by it.

  • You'll know how to make financial decisions with clarity, not panic.

  • You'll stop feeling overwhelmed by all the balls you're juggling.

  • You'll rebuild confidence, and learn to trust in your decision-making again.

  • You'll start building a life that fits the next version of you.

This is support for the chapter you're in, and momentum for the chapter you're creating next.

What we'll work on together

My coaching services are tailored to your needs, but here are just a few examples of the work we may do together:

  • Understanding your financial picture during and after divorce

  • Making sense of support, parenting expenses, and shared costs

  • Preparing for negotiations or mediation with clarity, not panic

  • Creating a budget that fits single-parent life without shame or restriction

  • Planning for debt, savings, and long-term stability

  • Rebuilding your confidence around money and decision making

Result: you stop spinning and start moving, with both your nervous system and your numbers regulated.

Who is this for?

My coaching is designed for you if:

  • You’re divorced, separated, or in the process

  • You’re overwhelmed by the financial or logistical fallout

  • You want someone who understands the legal landscape and the real-life experience

  • You want strategy, structure, and a plan that won’t collapse the moment life gets chaotic

  • You’re ready for support that feels steady, human, and practical

FAQs — Divorce Coaching + Money Plan (Two-in-One)

What is Divorce Coaching?

Divorce coaching is a goal-oriented, future-focused process that helps you navigate decisions, communicate effectively, and move through divorce with clarity. It complements (not replaces) therapy and legal advice.

How is this different from therapy, a lawyer, or a mediator?

Therapy supports mental health and healing; lawyers and mediators focus on legal rights, strategy, and settlement. Coaching sits alongside them: we organize your thinking, prep you for conversations/meetings, and keep you moving on practical next steps—especially around parenting, logistics, and money habits. Coaching time is often more cost-effective than using lawyer time for non-legal tasks.

What do you mean by “two-in-one”?

You get divorce support and a financial plan in one container. That means boundary scripts, co-parenting tools, and decision frameworks—plus a clear cash-flow system, debt strategy, savings automation, and planning for legal costs, housing, and kids’ activities. You don’t have to juggle two separate programs.

I’m only exploring separation. Is this for me?

Yes. Many clients start pre-separation to think through options, reduce panic, and map first steps—emotionally and financially—before anything is official.

Can coaching reduce my legal costs?

Often, yes - because we do non-legal prep (agendas, questions, documents to bring, what matters in this meeting) so your lawyer time is used efficiently. As a lawyer myself, I have an acute understanding of how you can streamline your legal meetings (and thus, money spent on legal fees). Clients also report fewer reactive emails/texts and more productive negotiations.

Do you give legal advice or represent me?

No - I'm your coach, NOT your lawyer or therapist. I'll help you prepare, stay regulated, and make grounded decisions. I don't provide legal or clinical advice. However, I may suggest questions or issues to raise with your lawyer or therapist.

Can you coach both me and my ex?

No. To avoid conflicts, I work with one party. If you ex wants support, I can refer them to another coach.

How do sessions work?

We'll meet on Zoom weekly. Between sessions, you'll have short checklists or templates so change feels doable even on busy weeks. We can add quick check-ins by email if you want momentum without meetings.

What will we do in the money part?

We'll set up a realistic cash-flow plan, map upcoming expenses (legal fees, housing shifts, kids' costs), prioritize debt/savings, and automate what we can. You'll leave with simple tools you'll actually use.

What if I already have a therapist, lawyer, or financial advisor?

Great - we'll coordinate with your team. Coaching keeps you organized, prepared, and emotionally steady so each professional can do their best work.

Is this confidential?

I treat your information as confidential under my coaching agreement. Coaching isn't the same as solicitor-client privilege, but your details aren't shared without your permission (except where required by law).

Is this only for women or only during divorce?

My work is designed for women+ navigating or recovering from divorce, but I also support clients post-divorce or separation who want a financial reset and smoother coparenting systems. I have templated parenting plans, budgets, and communication scripts that can be used at any time after divorce.

How do I get started?

Apply using the form, or book a free 20-minute call. If we're a fit, we'll set up a schedule for Zoom calls, and get your first 30-day plan in place.
